Nyx's POV Early that morning, we drove out again, straight for the Bultir pack, the closest pack to us where the unfortunate incident had occurred. Kieran was very touchy throughout the ride, and I kept giggling. It was easier since we were the only ones in the car. The driver was very good at minding his business. Kieran and I never really had any alone time after the call the previous night. He was on a call with other Alphas for a great deal of time, and everytime I check up on him, he's always genuinely trying to escape, but the Alphas just wouldn't let him be.
