Chapter: Chapter Four
CHAPTER FOURDENNIS' POVThe spot next to me in bed was empty when I woke up the next day.The man from last night was gone. The sheets were messed up. They still felt warm.It hadn't been long he left.I stayed there for a second, just looking up at the ceiling with a slight headache.I was trying hard to remember bits of what had happened on this drunken night.Things popped into my head. I recalled the drinks. I also remembered talking and laughing with him about real honest stuff. You know, the kind that only hits when you have had to many to drink.I remembered the dance. And I definitely remembered all the seven postions he had put me in last night. It had been magnificent.I looked over at the nightstand expecting there to be a note or something. There was nothing.Everywhere was silent.I rubbed my head. My mouth was dry and inside of it tasted like expired stale old booze. Then I noticed my phone lighting up with all of the messages that I had missed. I checked the tim

Chapter: Chapter Three
CHAPTER THREE DENNIS' POVI could feel his heartbeat against my chest when we finally pulled apart.I was breathless."I have a room," he said.My eyes widened.“Let’s get out of here,” he whispered softly against my lips as I nodded.“Yeah,” I agreed. We left the bar together and he guided me towards the elevators on the other side. The elevator ride up felt endless.Every second stretched tight as he pressed me to him, his shoulder brushing mine. When we finally arrived at the room, he let go of me to swipe the card. The door had barely shut close behind both of us before he pulled me in. His mouth found mine. The kiss was urgent and hungry, and I kissed him back just as hard. My hands gripped his suit jacket, silently demanding for it to be tug it off.Meanwhile his fingers dug into my shirt like he couldn’t get close enough.“God,” I breathed against his neck when his lips slightly grazed my skin. I was so hot, and hard.“I don’t even know your name.”“Dominic,” he said in a r

Chapter: Chapter Two
CHAPTER TWO DENNIS' POVThe man had long dark hair that was gathered into a tight knot right at the back of his graceful neck. There was also steel blue eyes that looked almost silver under the dim lights. He had a sharp aristocratic nose and a strong chiselled jaw. His suit fit him perfectly, cloning to a body that men would sell their soul for.He looked like a tall, dark and handsome Greek god, sent to me here.Something roared to life inside of me, primal and a little bit hot.Whatever heat I was feeling travelled downwards towards my groin.I squeezed my legs together as I smiled a bit welcoming at him.My eyes scanned the body that belonged more on a magazine cover than this bar.My Adams apple bobbed slightly as I gently swallowed something in my throat.Something non-existent.“Why not?” I muttered.I motioned to the bartender. “Another whiskey, and one for him too.”He slipped onto the stool next to me.I noticed that he had as moving with a kind of confidence that wasn’t l

Chapter: DENNIS' POV
CHAPTER ONEDENNIS' POVThe bar was louder than I had expected when I stumbled through the doors. The sound of the loud music caused my heart to thump against my chest.I stood at the entrance and watched as the lights flashed over the crowd.People were laughing, shouting and clinking their glasses together. Some of them were there, swaying lightly or hard enough on the dance floor. I didn’t feel like joining in.But still, I needed something to drown out the thick mess building in my head.About forty minutes ago, the promotion I had been waiting for since I had been working at my job was declinedMy heart had been palpitating like a tap whose control was not in order when I had received the anticipated memo.DENNIS, WOULD YOU PLEASE STOP BY HR BEFORE YOU LEAVE?My face beamed instantly. This was it, I had thought, This was the moment I have been waiting for.If only I knew it wasn't as I straightened my tie and went to HR after work hours."We truly appreciate everything that yo
