SELENE’S CONFRONTATION

Arnold:

The sun was high up in the sky when I finally deemed it fit for me to return. My entire body dripped with sweat which stuck my cotton t-shirt to my chest, and left an imprint of my toned abs on it. I didn’t care though. It was satisfying to return from a long spar, and I had utilized three of our warriors to my benefit.

Though my entire body hurt from the workout, the sparring had reduced the strange feelings I held to a lower intensity. Now, I had made up my mind to avoid Keiliegh and Ryker for the time being.

It was because I, more than anything, wanted to figure out what was going on in me. Certainly it couldn’t be that I was falling for that girl, could it?

Entering my bedroom without much fanfare, I jumped into the shower and washed myself off quickly. After that I left the bathroom, walking out nude as the day I was born, and not even bothering to put on a towel around my waist.
