Chapter 18

What did I do last night?

I stood up, went to Arla, and dragged her to the empty kitchen. She looked surprised at my action but didn’t try to fight back or struggle; I gave her my most pleading and innocent look.

“What did I do last night?” I demanded, hating myself for drinking too much the night before until I forgot the whole night’s event.

“It probably will be better if you remember yourself, and we all promised not to talk about it if you don’t remember,” she said apologetically, refusing to meet my face as she played with her bracelets.

“Was it that bad?” I was scared of what a drunken Samantha would have done to get weird looks and even a bet made out of it. Was it something I was dying of embarrassment for?

“Nope, it wasn’t bad; I think it's cute, and you have a very seductive and sexy personality when drunk. Poor Jerome didn’t know what to do with you” She giggled while explaining.

I was about to probe and ask more questions that might give me a hint of what had happen
