CHAPTER XXVII: Griffin?

Waking up with a heavy pounding on my head was the wost feeling in the world. I dragged myself out of the bed and went straight to the bathroom. As I entered, I looked my reflection on the mirror and I could not recognize who is the woman standing before me. 

What happened?

After taking a long shower, I marched my way towards the living room where I saw Isla slumped on the couch wrapped in a blanket with a mug wrapped tightly on her hands looking much worst than me. 

“Good morning,” I said and went to take a sit beside her. 

She took of her glance at the mug and turned to look at me, “Hey, how are you?”

“Hangover but I am fine,” I replied. “How about you? Are you okay? You looked… awful.” 

“Jeeez, no need to be so rude this early in the morning.” She groaned.
