Athena's POV
''What's going on?'' I ask as I rub both of my hands together, producing heat. My eyes wander around to see unknown people walking in—taking all of the furniture out through the front door.
Athena's POVMy fingers shake as I sit uncomfortably in my seat. The coldness of the room suffocates me and even the silence makes me cringe. I look down, trying to calm myself;it's going to be fine.I keep on reminding. Everything will be good like it has always been.
Athena's POV''Wake up, rise and shine, princess!'' I hear Alex shouting loudly into my ear, making me groan in annoyance before pulling the comforter closer toward me.
Athena's POVFood. Two newly-served lamb chops with mash potatoes on the side and a bottle of red wine. One scented candle has been lighted up—vanishing the darkness. I walk closer toward the table, inhaling the scent. As I do, I feel something cold touches my chest area and around my neck; cau
Athena's POVAlex raises an eyebrow as I hide behind him; holding onto his shoulders—keeping my head down. I mutter curses under my breath, what the hell is he doing here? I mean, why now?!My mind feels like it's going to explode and I am not the one to bear the freaking pain.
Athena's POVMy eyes focuses on Noah who walks down the stairs; nearing us with every step. I slowly let go of Alex's shoulders and he does the same, loosening the grip around my waist. I take a second glance to watch his expression and I swear, he's clenching his jaw while staring at Noah.Is he pissed? Would he punch him in the face?
Alexander's POVI watch as she sleeps soundly. Her dark brown hair falls down her face, covering her forehead. As I trail my finger down her face, a frown appears between her eyebrows; making me smirk unknowingly. My eyes focuses on her pink lips, wanting to taste them again even though I've been tasting them endlessly yesterday. I lean in, brushing against her lips.
Athena's POV''Do you know that if you fell into a black hole, you would stretch like spaghetti?'' Colton leans forward, looking at me straight in the eye. His brown eyes wide as he nods his head continuously. I blink quickly as he back away, ''It's not just that but aday in Mercury lasts approximately as long as 59 days on earth.'' It fascinates me how he has more knowledge than me.
Alexander's POVI look at the man I once called my father; the same man who failed raising me. Thinking back about what he had done in the past, it hurts. It doesn't matter if he didn't do a great job being a father but what matters most is that he failed being a husband. How can he just say that he doesn't love her anymore? How can anyone do that to someone?
