Chapter 24- Annoyance

Claire hugged the man waiting by her car—the handsome vampire Jacob. Five days without a sign from him since they came from Italy and what paranoia had entered her mind in the past few days. There she thought that maybe Jacob was turned off by her acting. Maybe suffocated and doesn't like the emo kind of a woman. Of course, Jacob is a vampire and lives on the battlefield. Maybe he doesn't like the fragile and heavy look of people like her, whose mood often changes when she remembers sad memories.
