Gami raised one leg on the center table, then propped his elbow on his knee and then caught his chin facing her. Claire could only see his red lips. And his smile seemed to have a deep meaning.

"I'll light your life candle, Claire. Forty-five days. You have to make the deal within forty-five days. When your life candle runs out and you haven't done what I'm asking you to do, then the deal is over."

"Wait... just wait. What’s life candle?" Claire seemed to want to panic about the condition. What if she can't do that within forty-five days?
