Ashley Pov

The Journey to the pack had been nothing but total silence, as neither of us is ready to speak to each other, Though I do steal glasses from her all the time. She had caught me staring at her many times, but she acted cool, pretending all was well.

I stared at her one more time, admiring her beauty and how well-structured she is.

"You know, if this is how you look at those bitches of yours, then Permit me to say you honestly made them so uncomfortable, and that is pretty not good, is it?" She mutters to me while staring at me with her face, which is clouded with seriousness.

"Well, that's not it; you are beautiful." I complimented her; she turned to look at me in surprise and then shrugged her shoulders.

"Well, pretty good enough, I know that already." She smiles and looks at herself through the mirror in front of the car.

"You are not that bad as well; the only thing that makes you worse is the fact that you love women more than you love your mate, to the point that you even trade her for it." She mumbled under my hearing, and her word managed to find its way down my heart as I felt a sudden hotness inside of me. I looked at her and then turned back to the road.

"Do you have to say that? I am paying for this, and my life has nothing to do with this, so please stick to minding your business, Miss Know It All." I fire at her as sudden anger overshadows me.

"Fine, suit yourself then; I would not have you raising your voice at me, Mr." She objected with a bit of anger.

She angrily turned to the side of the car, and that was how we ended the damn conversation. The drive through the highway was a bit uninteresting. I made a turn onto the road that led to our packs as I drove in slowly. Through the forest and then to the border.

I stopped at our pack academy and then came out of the car; she was about to do the same.

"No, not yet. Keep it cool, I will be back." I instructed her and started walking off to the pack's academy. Many of the teachers in my pack stared at me.

I am used to them staring at me, so I don't feel strange anymore.

"bubby!!!!!!!!!" Scarlet Exclaims while jumping into my arms, which I welcome with a perfect smile and then peck her cheeks.

"Scar!!!!!!, how are you? You are closed for the day, right?"

"Sure I am, can we?" She let out her hands for me after disengaging from the hug.

I slowly took her hands and then started walking back to my car with my eyes fixated on Amelia, who was staring at me and Scar. Her eyes were deeply fixed on our hands, which were entangled with each other, but I cared little about her and her feelings. She should have known better than to get me angry.

I open the door for Scar to enter the car, then go back to being the gentle driver for the two ladies.

I enter the car to see Scar and Amelia staring at each other with more tension, which builds up in the Atmosphere.

"Bubby, you never tell me you are bringing in one of your"

"Scar, meet Amelia, your future luna. "I cut her short before she could end up saying the word already. Amelia just glares at her with no words coming from her mouth.

"What, but how come we promise to work through this singlehood while having fun with others? "Scar shouted out in surprise.

Only if she knew I was in a deep mess, created by my father's unruly attitude toward me.

"I guess you are one of his whole, or perhaps the bad Adviser in his life, "Amelia voiced out while putting on her earphones as Scar turned to look at her with no words to express herself.

"Bubby, She is so disrespectful," Scar mentioned with her eyes, which stared in danger at my mate.

"Ignore her attitude. "I held onto her hands in a way to calm her down, while Amelia Just hummed to the sound of whatever was coming out of her earphones.

Scar looked at me and backed at Amelia with her angry face. Seeing how calm she was now, I took a deep sigh and then started the car and drove off to the pack's Main gate.

Amelia POV

Wow, this is so good for a start. Who the fuck does she think she is? And with her unruly behavior, I wonder if she was properly trained. She might be his favorite whore, I think. The way she stares at me makes me want to punch her in the face and then beat the hell out of her.

I am here for business, and I need to play it cool rather than get involved with her. The journey finally comes to an end as we stop at the beautiful gate that leads to their pack.

Ashlyn walked out of the car and then came to me as he slowly opened the door for me. He took my hands into his with a flashy smile on his face.

He helped me out of the car, leaving the so-called bitch behind, who angrily came out of the car and pushed the door so hard that even Ashley was shocked. She completely ignored Ashley as she ran into the pack, taking a narrow road.

"Who is she?" I asked with my hands, which held onto him.

"A friend, "he responded with a sigh.

"A friend…" I sigh

"Alright, the game is about to begin. Please make this seem very real. My Father is... He was staring at me.

"Sure, man, let's keep it real and classy." I Dragged his hands to my waist as we walked deep into his pack.

The pack is quite big and well-designed, with a good structure compared to my pack; they are indeed very rich. I Waved at the omega, who waved back at me as they smiled. Though I can see shock written all over their faces.

Ashley opens the doors and slowly steps into the house.

"Good evening, dad. "He bowed, and I did the same, though.

"Good evening, sir. "I greeted him with my head bow. I hate this anyway, but I need to do it; it is acting for the time being.

"son!!!! " His dad exclaimed with his hands spread apart, and Ashley walked to him for a hug.

"Dad, I am a grown man now; this is not necessary anymore, "Ashley complained.

"And she , "His dad turned to look at me, and I became awkward.

"A mate, "Ashley answered.

"Oh, Son, good that you took the step; you are welcome, my daughter." He came closer to me and then hugged me. I reluctantly hugged him back.

Ashley held onto me as we were giving a sit, of which mine was closer to his father.

They had a good discussion, and Believe me when I say it was truly very interesting, and I am glad to have taken this step. He had a nice father who was very welcoming. I think their relationship is quite great. It baffles me.

Though Alphas are supposed to be scary, his father is not; he is welcoming and good.

"Time to go farther; we need some rest. "Ashley stood up while dragging me up with a smile of Admiration on my face.

"Alright sir, see you Some other time. "I wave him good-bye and then hold onto Ashley as we kiss each other before going out.

The day was already darked, and as we walked through the road to his chambers, his hands were still on my waist. Somehow I get to be comfortable with him.

"Guess you had fun?" He smiles at me.

"Sure, I did. Your father is welcoming, "I complimented.

He took my hands and then turned in another direction. We walked through a tiny road until we stopped at the front of a very big mansion. I was amazed at the big building, and Ashley dragged me in.

"Go shower and take some rest, " he said with his hands pointing to the bathroom.

"Sure, I will. "I fall to the bed and yawn. I am more than tired for the day, and all I need right now is pretty good sleep. My stomach grumbled as Ashley turned to look at me with surprise on his face.

"I will be back; do well to shower before I return. "He dashed out of the room as I stood to take my shower.

His house is quite nice, and the wall is well designed. He is pretty rich and also pretty; he would have made a perfect husband if only he was never a player.

I packed my hair in a ponytail as I walked out of the bathroom, only to see Ashley back in the room with a plate of food in his hands. I smiled at him happily as I rushed to take the food from him. He looks at me and then smiles before handing the food over to me.

"Thank you."

"You are welcome, dear," He responded before heading to the bathroom.

The food tasted so nice that I bite into it slowly until I was satisfied. I then turned to the bathroom direction, only to see Him staring at me awkwardly.
