The silent war had begun between the Lycan king and his mate.

It was within every inch of the house and palpable within the atmosphere. Even the maids, guards and pack members blissfully unaware of what happened could sense it all.

Since then, Olivia had blatantly refused to speak to him. She did not greet him when she came into the dining room at mealtimes, she did not greet him when she saw him at the library to pick up a book to read. All she exhibited was blatant indifference.

Titan did not know what surprised him more - the indifference or the audacity to have an indifferent attitude in the first place. The girl had too much spunk. She did not fear him at all. Worse still, she made it clear that her indifference was tailored for him and him alone. She took walks with Maya and was gracious, kind, and sweet to everyone
