Karen adjusted the pillow softly as she stared adorably at Isabella who laid on the bed with a needle pipe inserted into her vein which allowed the flow of drip drops into her veins .

They were at the hospital where Karen works as a head Doctor in a private ward and Karen saw to her patient herself .
