Luciano rushes to my father's side as he tries to hit me once more. He held a strong grip around his hand.

"I have so much respect for you but I will not stand if you beat my wife in front of me," He says before he releases his hands.

I see as my mother stares at me with fear in her eyes. She refuses to show it but I could clearly see through it the facade.

I feel Luciano's hands around my waist, he pulls me up like I weigh a kilogram. His hands are still on my waist as he supports me while I try to regain my balance.

"Do you hate me father?" I ask as I try not to fall.

"I only want the best for you My princess," He says as he approaches me.

"If you did, you would have been happy with the way I treated Kenzo," I say and a frown grows on his face.

"You should not have embarrassed the family like that, I do not care whether he cheated or not. You should not have acted like that," He says.

"He cheated! Father, have you ever cheated on mom before?" I ask as I pull away from Luciano
