44. Hilda

Chapter 44

"It was a mistake, Sir. I was foolish and carelss." Hilda slightly bowed, apologizing.

"Oh yes, you're foolish, incompetent and deluded. One more mistake from you and I'll have you replaced." Grayson threatened with a disgusted look on his face.

Hilda quickly walked back as she was filled with trepidation. Grayson turned angrily and ascended back the stairs, all the while cursing.

Yara stood at the top of the stairs watching all that happened between Grayson and Hilda. It wasn't an intentional act from the latter, so she couldn't understand why he was being so bitter about it.

"Silly brat!" Grayson cursed, walking past her.

Yara watched from where she stood as Hilda scurried away to get a mop. The lady's hand was shaking that if care wasn't taken, the cup could fall down her hand and who knew what mountain Grayson would make out of it?
