“What is your favorite color my love?” August asked me as I hummed in thought.

“I don’t know, white?” I responded with uncertainty as August laughed.

“For someone intelligent, you are awfully pessimistic.” August said as I lowered my head.

He laid his head on my thigh before I arched a brow and closed the book I was reading.

“Are you implying your optimistic?” I asked as he chuckled.

“Very; that is why they say opposite attracts.”

“More like dumb needs smart.” I joked as August pouted.

“All work without play makes jack a dull boy.”

“Fun without limits leaves you a happy smile and broken bones.”
