Sandilo’s eyes blazed as he sauntered towards Vivian. His jaws were clenched and his eyes burning with hatred, fury, and desperation, underlying the anger was an intense pain that was caused by Vivian’s betrayal.
Vivian shuddered as she took a few steps backward. She licked her dry lips in an attempt to form words but her mouth felt dry and it was as if she had lost her voice.
She was scared of the man that stood in front of her. He wasn’t her Sandilo, he seemed to be drunk on anger and hatred, so much so she could feel the waves of anger hit her. She cowered and took a few more steps but then the wall obstructed any further movement.
Sandilo placed his hands on the wall, one on each side of her.
“Why? Vivian! Why?” His voice boomed in her ears. She flinched and shut her ears.
