Chapter 181: Merry-Go-Round

Before I knew it, the sky had turned dark.

I am at a fountain at the end of the street, I sit on the black marble fountain basin with a bottle of opened beer next to me.

I look at the bottle of beer, finding it is still almost full. Bitterly I chuckle at myself.

Now I know how bad it is to be a man who is not able to drink. I don’t want to stay in my penthouse, or the bar, or anywhere filled with people I know. I want to be by myself just with a bottle of beer that can allow me to forget things.

But I can’t drink in public. I’ll start to undress myself.

I am a miserable man, yet I can’t even drink… How much sadder can it be?
