“Hello! I heard from Grandma, I'm glad the herb potion worked… but I didn't expect that you will really insist on paying such a huge sum of money for it…” I laughed nervously.
The man smiled and walked closer to the counter.
“I've been serving my boss… my Master, for many years. He suffers from a very specific hereditary disease. Young bodies are able to suppress it, but is he is getting older, his power weakens and he suffers more… No drug, no medicine could stop his pain, but your herbs remarkably did it!” he stated with excitement.
From his words I could easily tell that he was deeply devoted to this “Master”. The disease he described sounded quite mysterious, but I was glad that I could do something ease this person's pain. I wished those herbs with magic could cure him, but, basing on what Grandma said before, complicated illness would be impossible to heal with this kind of magic…

I came back home and sat by the kitchen table trying to comprehend everything I had learnt. I now knew that Samil was coming from a very powerful family, a toxic family, where he was at a constant war with the other family members. Knowing more facts about his life I could finally understand his cold and calculative behavior. A big part of his story sounded like a gloomy drama script, but if that were what his life looked like, one could consider it a miracle that he didn't become a complete sociopath… Another piece of knowledge I gained was about the magical seal. A curse that was slowly taking its owner's life away, and that was making the owner immune… to witchcraft. Which means Samil was completely immune to MY witchcraft! No wonder my spell didn't work… But the real problem was, if the simple charm wasn't of use, then what about the kissing spell…?! I ran to my bedroom to bring the huge book my Grandma gave me, and then came back to the kitchen with it. I figure
