"I don't know love. I mean, I never had anyone to teach me any of these things. It was from my dad's journal that I learnt everything about our kind that I know so far," Max replied, ending with a sigh.

Shirley let out a sigh herself. Maxwell continued.

"Although there are a few books written by various people, most of who think werewolves are mystical creatures, some of these books actually contains true facts, most of them are exaggerations though," he said.

"Werewolves are supposed to exist in packs but the man known as the hunter hunted down and killed every one of our kind. He left me most probably because the government demanded it," Maxwell paused as a thought occured to him.

"The government must have been working with the hunter and even his ancestors from time memorial," he stated.

"Why do you say that?" Shirley asked.

"Just a thought," Max said.

"There must probably be more of us out there, our generation," Shirley voiced out her thought but Maxwell shook her head at h
