CHAPTER 28: LOVE'S STRIKES

We stood there in each others arms for a while before he refrained from the embrace looking at my face, "feeling much better?" he asked me and I nodded, he held me by the hand and led me to the bed, I laid down gently at his command and then slowly he withdrew his hand, he pulled the duvet over me lovingly and kissed my forehead before laying next to me with his hands under his head facing the ceiling.

"You don't look relaxed" I informed him an hour later when I stirred on the bed and realised he wasn't sleeping either

"You can't sleep either huh?" he asked dodging the question

"That's not the answer to my question Kai, am I making you uncomfortable?" I asked again, he turned to me adjusting on the bed so that we were both on our sides, he wrapped his arm around my waist making sure our bodies met,
