Episode 20: Third of the Senate

                   Reaching the inside of the palace, Deianira opened six doors by the corridor. “Apologies for talking too much. But I guess it’s about time. These rooms should be enough for all of the envoy, and enjoy the rest of the night,” she blurted out and quickly rushed away. Her arms were shaking, sweats started to drop, and a strange haze emerges from her body that she started to cover up as she walks accelerated away.

“Enter by five as soon as possible. Secure locks, protect yourselves!” Mayari commanded when I gave her the signal. In a click of a second, I pulled them inside the room. Ear crashing bell ringing sound thundered across every inch of dust floating in the air. And the dome sheltering the palace ignited with a sea of flames.
