Killian's POV

“How long till we get to the nearest hospital?” I asked, my voice low due to the fear of losing the girl on the bed.

“Alpha we… we can't find any good hospital close by that'll be able to treat her condition,” My second in command said with a broken look. He knew how much Lucienne meant to me. I couldn't leave her, not like this.

“The only option we have is to fly her home. I have the helicopter ready to go and before we get to the hospital I could call the hospital to prepare for her since we are dealing with… “

“Poison,” The nurse who was busy doing compressions answered and I nodded.

“Do it!”

Immediately, the ambulance changed course from the intended location to the hangar where the helicopter would be.
