I sighed heavily, knowing that I owed Beta Nicholas an explanation for my certainty about Lucienne's wolf.

"I've known Lucienne since she was a child," I began, my voice soft with reminiscence. "I watched her grow up, and I know her better than anyone. There's a bond between an Alpha and their pack, and I could sense her wolf's presence even when she couldn't. As for the name Amarok, it's a long story."

I paused, gathering my thoughts before continuing. "Amarok was the name of her favorite stuffed toy when she was a child. She used to carry it everywhere with her, and it became a sort of comfort for her. When she first shifted and discovered her wolf, she chose to name it after her beloved toy. It's a part of who she is, ingrained in her very being."

Beta Nicholas nodded in understanding, his expression thoughtful as he processed my words. "I see," he murmured, his gaze turning back to Lucienne. "Thank you for explaining, Alpha. It's clear how much she means to you."
