Chapter 14
I often found myself like I did not deserve her, as she had been so loyal to me. I was never one to be affectionate towards my loved ones, I had always been a bit more distant, no matter what I had done. I did not know why I was like that, it could be because I have been left all by myself whenever I actually love someone, it had always ended with me in a heartbreak. I was aware of my world, I was aware of what they were doing to me, but I was so happy in my comfort zone that I couldn't bring myself to bring them down. I grunted, struggling to get under the duvet. My insomnia had been killing me, both metaphorically and literally.
