17. An Apology From the Heart

Taesha stepped inside the shower. As the water fell over her body, tears fell too.

"This weekend has turned out nothing as I expected. I feel so stressed out, and I'm making all kinds of mistakes."

After washing her hair and body, Taesha spent twenty minutes moisturizing her hair with a homemade potion she made for curly hair specifically.

"Oh, I know what I can do. I'll make Dexter my special hibiscus saffron wine I promised him earlier.

After styling her hair, making sure she looked presentable. Taesha begins getting dressed. She takes a peep out the window at the falling snow. 'Ugh! Now I know why I'm not a big fan of winter. It just won't stop, will it!"

She slipped on her fluffy slippers, preparing to enter the living room. The feeling of embarrassment over her behavior entered her thoughts. Thinking about how she acted over a pair of boots made her want to climb back in bed and hide.
