First Mistake

All heads turned toward the elder who had just spoken. The pack members were surprised at the way the elder called out to the Alpha, and also indirectly said the Alpha was lying.

"What do you mean, Nate?" Bryce asked with a defiant look in his eyes. He didn't believe that anyone would go against him in the pack, except his parents. His parents were not even in the pack at that moment.

"It's a simple knowledge, Alpha. You know you have not communicated with your wolf for a long time now. He has refused to grant you an audience." Nate replied a few seconds after Bryce completed his words.
