LOGINLucy was at home, still living with her parents, she shook her head why she hadn’t moved out, yet she still didn’t know. Her mobile was downstairs she had nothing on it yet, Just Emma’s number. She felt so stupid still after dropping her phone in the lake. She laughed as she remembered watching James had jump in after it. He had tried so hard to get it before it sank. But it was too late. It was dead. She had popped the battery out and left it to dry in pieces over the course of the next few days, but she reluctantly had to go and get a new phone on Friday when she realised it was toast! Lucy heard the phone ringing downstairs and her mum walking across the hardwood floor to answer it. Her mum walked aback across the floor and shouted up the stairs to her. She got up from her bed and went downstairs. She picked up her mobile as she walked past it, maybe she should have kept this with her as she saw several missed calls.
“Hi” Lucy said into the phone receiver.
“Hey sweetie, I tried your mobile but got no answer, everything ok?” James said, Lucy smiled
“Yeah, I left it downstairs while I was sorting something out didn’t think about having it with me when I have nothing on it! Sorry” She giggled. She loved hearing her boyfriends affectionate voice, it made her all warm and fuzzy. With each passing day their relationship grew stronger. It had no bounds, just when they thought they couldn’t get any closer they did, something bond them tighter. Their bond was truly unbreakable.
“What are you up to on this find Saturday?” James asked,
“Nothing much, was hoping my Boyfriend was going to take me out but I haven’t heard from him so I’m at a loose end” She joked down the phone. James grinned, how was this woman his? What did he do to deserve such a beautiful soul.
“Shame on him, well I best take advantage of that then and I’ll spend the day with you” They both laughed, the time they shared together was so special and it always went by so fast, there was never enough hours in the day. “So, fancy coming into town and doing a little shopping with me? I have to get a birthday present” Lucy smiled, he was so sweet and romantic, she believed, no she knew she was so lucky.
“What are you getting me?” She enquired; she couldn’t help but ask.
“Who says it’s your birthday present? James laughed, “I didn’t even know it was your birthday; we aren’t that close you know” James howled down the phone he couldn’t help teasing her. He closed his eyes so he could picture her expression the other end of the phone.
“Well, if you’re going to be like that!” She exclaimed trying her hardest not to laugh.
“I can’t tell you can I, or it won’t be a surprise. You will have to wait and see.”
“It’s a barbie dream house, I know it is I’ve always wanted one.” She giggled down the phone. James laughed. Then Lucys mum shouted through the house
“You still on that phone?” Lucy couldn’t help but roll her eyes.
“Yes mum” she replied softly. “Sorry James got to go!”
“No worries baby, I’ll call the others, and we can meet in the usual spot at eleven?”
“Yeah, no worries” You could hear the sadness that had crept into her voice.
“Lucy, Baby?” James said softly, he just wanted to hold her it ripped at his gut to hear her go from sounded so happy to so upset in a matter of moments, he knew there was issues with her parents, and she was stuck in the middle of it.
“Yes?”
“I love you sweet” Lucy smiled; this man was everything if anything in the world was wrong, he could make her feel good about herself. “I love you too James” she said quietly. They always took the time to tell each other; those three words were not just words to them it was said with so much feeling behind them.
“See you shortly James said. Lucy hung up the phone and went to locate her mother. There was no point in avoiding her. He mother would pick anything she could at the moment to pick at her. It was seriously time to get her own place.
“Well, who was that?” Her mother said as she walked into the dinning room to find her.
“It was James mum, Lucy said more annoyed than she meant too.
“well, he should be calling your mobile not my house phone, what if I was expecting an important call and you had the line tied up. I pay the Bill not him or you” Lucy stood with her arms crossed.
“Hold up, I pay you rent, and he tried my mobile, but it was down here. I’m an adult and I’m sick to death of you treating me like a piece of shit because you and Dad can’t decide to get on with your own lives. Do not take out your frustrations on me” Lucy snapped, she never spoke to her parents like this, but she had enough.
“If you’re such a Damn adult then move out into your own place your twenty-one, time to stand on your own to feet and stop being undermine” her mother screamed at her.
Lucy stood aghast for a moment, she shook her head, she would be the bigger person, she walked out of the room and went upstairs. There was only a two-year age gap between her and James and she was about to turn Twenty-two. Maybe it was time to move out and not deal with this at home anymore. She saved James number into the mobile and text him, she knew he would worry.
“Lucy,” Emma looked at her “We are here for a reason” Emma had now taken centre stage and was stood between everyone “I have suggested that we pull our talents together and form a band.” Lucy looked at Emma, James and then all the others she thought about it for a moment.“Yeah” she said, “Why not?” This stunned James. Lucy hated preforming in front of people, it wasn’t for her. But she was up for it. Lucy knew with this group she called her best friends she could do it and if she could they all could. What did they have to lose it was a bit of fun in her eyes.“You think it’s a good idea?” James looked at her.“Yeah, I do, you can sing, we both write songs and everyone else here also has some musical talent or something they could do to help us.” Lucy shrugged “It’s a way to bond and a bit of fun, even if nothing ever came of it it’s the eight of us having time together jamming!” They all looked at Lucy, Emma was grinning, Lucy shrugged “Well it’s true, I have loads of songs and Jame
Emma looked up at Robert as he came into the room with coffee, he placed them all on the coffee table and sat down in the chair opposite James.“I have an idea James” Emma spoken calmly. “It may sound stupid, but please don’t dismiss it straight out.” She paused, thought for a moment, she had to say this in the right way, she knew she only had one shot at convincing James. “I’ve been thinking about this for a while you see, this isn’t just one of my hair brained schemes” Robert interrupted her.“And god knows you have a lot of them” he chuckled.“Thank you, Robert,” she looked at him pointedly. “I thought it was a bad idea at first, just a silly dream or something.” She looked back at James. “But the more I thought about it, the more I knew it was right.” James wiggled on his sofa, looking at Robert and back at Emma he was getting impatient now and he started to grow nervous, this idea clearly had something to do with him for her to be here. Did he want to be the main attraction of on
James had woken up early on Sunday morning, not much of the town had yet. He opened the curtains to his third floor flat, humming to himself he was in a good mood this morning. He switched on the kettle and reached for a mug from the cupboard. Sitting down on the sofa with his coffee he picked up a pencil and piece of paper. He had a song buzzing through his mind and he wanted to get it written down. James had lots of pieces of paper with half written songs on them, some were complete, some he was extremely happy with others were odd like poems that made no sense. Even to him. He had a talent for it, everyone who had ever seen or heard him sing had told him so. He just shrugged it was just something he enjoyed doing. He never thought about sharing it with the world, that’s not what he wanted he just wanted to enjoy dabbling. He often showed Lucy his work and sang his songs to her, that was the world he was interested in.He was going to sing a song for Lucy on her birthday. And he felt
Nicola Looked at Richard, why wasn’t this guy jealous of her being with Barry, was he just so secure in himself, or did he not care? She couldn’t work it out and where did he have to be today that was so important?“Look I’m sorry” she said. “I didn’t mean to cause a scene, I just don’t understand how chilled you are when I hang out with Barry, and I get offended for him or maybe it’s my insecurities that cause it.”“It’s cool, you need to work on it though I wont fight with you because you feel that someone should act a certain way. It’s not a good environment to be in” Richard said. He held out his arms and Nicola went in for her hug. “I’m jealous all the time when you see your Ex, I just don’t understand why you aren’t” She mumbled into his shoulder. Richard pushed her back slightly so he could look at her.“You more than anyone should know why I see my ex, and why I don’t create hostility. Nicola Nodded she knew it was different; he Had to be friends with her for one reason and o
Richard was spending his Saturday morning in the town centre; he was trying his best to find a present for Nicola. He had been in every shop in town, scanned every window, he had seen plenty of things he would like but he couldn’t find anything he thought Nicola would like. It wasn’t that she was difficult to buy for he just didn’t know what to get her. It was her birthday in a week, and he had a short week to find something. He was starting to think he was going to have to go for a drive into Bury St Edmunds or something. The sun was out as usual and there was a buzz along the high street. He had bumped into a few friends while out and passed the time of day with them. He did have other plans today not just aimless shopping and that was causing him frustration as well. He was on a time limit, as just over two years ago he had become a father. He got to see his son once a month, He kept trying to get more time, but his mother was not letting him, so he ensured without failure he was on
Robert slid his hands down Emma’s body grabbing the hem of her nightdress he ripped the thing up and over her head. She arched her back into him as he kissed up her belly to her breasts. She as perfect. He cupped one of them as he played with her nipple suckling on the other Emma’s lips parted in desire. She looked up at him he had way too many clothes on. Her hands came to his t-shirt as she pulled it up and over his head. Why did he have so many clothes on she was breathless, how was she naked already.Grabbed her hands and tucked them behind her head smiling down at her he wanted to taste her and tease. His bulge was straining to be released from his jeans. He thrust his hips into her, letting her feel how much he wanted her. She parted her legs to allow him to get closer. Not being able to move her hands she nipped his lip. He stopped and looked at her raising his eyebrow. “Please Robert” she begged him. He released her hands; Emma instantly went to his belt fumbling to get it und
