CHAPTER 10

We finally arrived at the airport and were ushered to a packing spot away from the arriving and departing crowd. I began to wonder if he owned a private jet. I can’t believe how nice the other percentage of life is.

The time on the dashboard read exactly 7.30pm. Luke got out of the car to make and take some calls and judging from where I sat, he seemed to be very angry at whoever he was talking to.

He came back into the car ten minutes after with a loud sigh, hitting his head softly on the steering wheel. I guess it was probably an attempt to calm himself down.

I glanced at the dashboard once more and the time read 8pm. I wondered what got Luke so worked up, perhaps something bad had happened to William?

Even if I didn’t know William personally, I couldn't help being worried because Luke looks like he is really stressed out about something and I didn't know how to ask Luke to confirm or deny my assumptions.
