The girl had been hurt and angry when her Mickey did not try to stop her. Instead, he had told her that she should go with her parents when she'd asked him to hide her in his room. The thought that Addie did not like her enough to ask her to stay hurt her a lot. So she had agreed to leave with her parents, and refused to look at her friend.

The boy's elder sister stood sadly with tears in her eyes as they watched the family of four settle in the car. Their little brother was holding her hand, pouting sadly as if he knew that they wouldn't be back again.

Just as the car started to move, breaking the boy's heart as his Minnie didn't even say a goodbye to him, it suddenly stopped. A door opened and the girl rushed back at him, causing his eyes to widen and a huge smile formed in his face despite his tears. As if anticipating her move, the boy opened his arms wide and let out a breath of relief as the girl flung herself into his arms, holding tightly.
