Mary burst into tears when she saw the current state of both mother and son. “Don’t worry, Mrs. Tremont. You work in peace; leave Aristotle with me. He’s still young, so he won’t understand. But he will when he’s older.”

Arianne nodded. She had breakfast then went to the office. She was in a much better state today. At least, she managed to hold it in in Mark’s office, instead of bursting into tears. She had no time to cry. She had a lot to learn and very little time to do it. She wished that she could separate one minute into two.

“Would you like something to eat, Mrs. Tremont?” Davy asked during lunch time when he noticed that she seemed to have no plans to go out for lunch. “Shall I order a delivery?”

“No thanks, I’m not hungry,” she replied, waving her hand. “I’m going to nap for a while, as I’m a bit tired.” She had only slept for a short while last night and she couldn’t stand any longer.
