Chapter 32 - Acceptance
Sera's P.O.V
“Sera!!!?”
A familiar, honey-like voice called to me as my body shook violently.
“Sera!!?? Please! Baby!”
I slapped away the hands shaking me, a little annoyed at being woken up.
“Oh thank the Goddess! Sera!”
A pleasant-smelling and warm man pulled me up into his arms, hugging me tightly. I opened my eyes, being blinded by sunlight I quickly closed them again.
“I thought… When I saw you laying there…”
The strange man’s voice was breaking in grief, my heart hurt hearing his sadness. I tried again to open my eyes, squinting I looked at him. Remembering. Damon. All at once I felt aroused, shame, longing, joy, and happiness.
