"You want to move out?" My mother sounded astonished by my delivered piece of information. I had expected a similar reaction but I didn't think she would grow as pale.

"Why would you want to move out?" My father said, speaking for the first time in the scene.

I had no idea if it was right to explain how ignorant they were and how their reaction am yesterday had birthed my suggestion, but I decided against it.
