Just as Harlow was about to attack Derek, Gore walked between them, pushing them apart.

"Hey." Harlow complained.

"Harlow, why are you here?" Gore asked.

She crossed her arms, "for training," she smiled.

Derek snorted, "don't you mean for Timothy?"

Harlow opened her mouth then closed it again, not knowing what to say, because she was there to see Timothy.

Derek winked at her after seeing her moment of pause.

Ever since she was a baby, she could smell her mate, a cinnamon scent mixed with the forest. She hoped every day that it would be Timothy, seeing that they both liked each other so much.

"You are not training with us," Gore said, bringing Harlow out of her thought.

"What? What do you mean by not training with you? I'm a part of the pack too." She huffed.

Gore turned his eyes to her. “You know what I mean. Now go to your room."

Harlow stomped her foot, "that's not fair, I am more than capable of training with you. Maybe you're scared I'll kick your a — kick your b-, beating you up
