CHAPTER 41
Raquel’s POV
We ate dinner and Rustin was just quiet. I didn't want to pry so I let him be. After eating he went to the sofa and lay down. He was staring at the ceiling. He seemed really sad but I shouldn't let that bother me. I washed the dishes and grabbed my laptop. Might as well work on something productively with my time. I continue writing the new chapters for my new novel. So far things are turning up pretty good. I can't wait to show the chapters I've been working on to Stephanie.
"Do you want me to leave?" Rustin spoke finally.
"No. We're you saying something that I ignored. I tend to shutdown to my surroundings when I'm writing."

"You look tired. Why don't you go to bed and I'll join you later?”

Raquel’s POV I had no idea what the hell was going on with me. I was quiet the entire flight back to New York and pretended that I was sleeping. Raquel’s POV I felt like a weight was lifted off my shoulders. I am ready to move on with my life knowing that at one point I was loved and I loved Sacha. He is my first love and nothing beats that. The history, the memories that we shared will always be in my heart. Now speaking of facing reality, Rustin has been constantly popping in my head.
