Chapter Forty-seven

"Hello! Are you still with me Gab? I heard Michelle's voice in my head and I snapped back to reality. Will you stop thinking and tell me already?" She nagged.

" Well, he gave me a special invite to his team's finals this Friday."

" Oooh! I see a proposal on the way." She quipped.

" You are crazy, stop talking nonsense. Nothing like that will happen, we are just good friends that's all."

" Michelle quit teasing me or I'm going to hang up." I threatened to take the phone off my ear.

" Not yet, hold on! She yelled. There is something I need to tell you."

Just in the nick of time, my secretary knocked on the door. " Yeah, come in," I announced and she proceeded into my office carrying a big box in her hands.

" A message for you ma'am." She placed it on my table and continued out.

" Hey, Mich. A box just came in for me can we talk later?" I asked her while analyzing the big box in front of me.
