If Angela thinks she can get rid of me that easily, she has another thing coming. Plastering on a fake smile, I turn and offer a sarcastic thank you to the security guard, who smirks at me. The metal doors close slowly on him as I grab out my phone and immediately call for backup.

“Mia.” I sigh relieved, “I need you to grab Noah and meet me at Memorial hospital.”

“What? Are you okay? What happened?”
