"Boss", Ben said coming into my office.

"There's a woman that has been coming over to the house for the past three days now, requesting to see you. She said it's urgent and personal ".

"What does she want?", I asked.

"I don't know, she's refused to talk, probably all these beggars that needs money and all", he said.

I paused, "Let her in, let's see what she has to say, check her up first, need to be sure she's not a suicide bomber", I said.

"Yes boss ", he said and left.

I pulled out my cheque booklet from my drawer and wrote a Cheque of $1000, I'm already used to these kind of conversations, and I'm really not interested in hearing whatever sad story they have to tell.

My office door opened and a very strong familiar scent hit me.

"Name?", I said without even looking up ready to write her name on it and give it to her.

"Ivy ", she said.

That name, I remember.

I looked up immediately and my eyes met the most beautiful pair of golden brown eyes and red hair.

I remember her, from the club that night, we had such a fun time to be honest I haven't been so free and happy as I was that night before in years.

Why the fuck is she here?

I dropped the pen down.

"Ivy", I called shocked.

"Hi", she said dying under my stare and looking very uncomfortable.

"How did you find me?", I asked.

"Well, I mean it's not so hard, you're pretty well known", she said nervously.

I immediately snapped out of whatever it is I was in..

My face went cold again.

"Go straight to the point", I said Crossing my legs.

She swallowed hard, "Uhm, ughh, I uhm, I uhh".

"If you stutter again I will cut your throat and make sure you don't speak again", I said calmly.

That freaked her out.

"That day... that .. that night we uhhh...", she started panicking, I could literally see fear in her eyes.

"The night we fucked, go on", I said casually.

"Well I... I got home, quite hung over, it took me a few days to process everything, because it was my first time of drinking that much, I'm surprised I didn't pass out, I mean I use to drink a little but then not that much so-"

"I'm not gonna repeat myself again ".

"I'm pregnant ", she announced.

Ben looked at me, shocked.

I looked unmoved, but deep down, I was shocked too.

"I'm so sorry it came to this but, I had a really bad vision of what happened that night till days later and last week I was sick and I did a test and I'm pregnant", she explained.

Ben shrugged "Okay two months pregnancy could be aborted, that's not an issue, we'll send you our doctor's address, just go to him and -"

"What? no no I'm not.. I don't... I don't want to remove it, I actually want to have this baby, it's my child ".

"And how are we fucken sure the pregnancy belong to my boss?", Ben asked getting pissed.

"Because he's the only person I've slept with this year, I know myself, and I mean it", she defended.

"And we're supposed to believe that?", he said and scoffed.

"I'm ser-"

"So then why are you here Ivy? what do you want?why are you here? why did you find me?", i asked.

She took a deep breath.

"I just... I just need some financial support that's all, you don't, you don't have to be involved in this honestly, I just need a little money because I'm not financially ok to raise a child right now, I promise I'll disappear after this and you'll never see me again."

"And how are we sure that you're not a whore who got pregnant and now you're looking for a daddy to pin it on?", I don't know, they say I'm the mean one, but Ben is meaner.

"You can proceed to do a DNA test once I'm due", she said.

"And then what happens when the test is negative?", I asked calmly.

"You can do whatever you want to do with me", she said sternly.

I smiled and brought out a gun from my drawer.

She looked scared, I walked up to her slowly.

"Ivy",I called her name calmly.

"hmm", she mumbled shaking.

"Did you do your assignment well before coming to meet me here today? do a thorough research about me? from scratch?", I asked again.

She nodded.

"And I'm very very sure you know that I'm not to be fucked with, right?", I asked.

"Yes".

"Ivy, if I find out that you're lying, or anything, I will kill you ", I said being dead serious.

"I'm not joking Ivy, I will kill you ", I said again.

"I'm not lying ", she said trying to hide her fear.

I nodded and retrieved the gun from her head.

I dropped it on the table.

"Here's what's going to happen, you're going to be under my watch for the next 7 months till you deliver and then we carry out the test and if it's positive, you drop the baby, I'll give you all the money in the world and then you disappear as you said you would ".

"No, no that's not what I want ", she said sternly.

"I want to be with my baby, I'm not dropping the child off for you and going away, I want to be with my child ", she said.

"Well I want the baby but I don't want you ", I said and shrugged.

I saw her get hurt for 3 seconds.

"We can have a shared custody or whatever but I'm not leaving my baby here alone, please ", she said dead serious.

"Fine, we'll talk about that if we find out the child is mine, but if it isn't you're in serious trouble ", I said.

"It is yours", She said confidently.

"Okay then, but you're not leaving this house for the next 7 months ", I said.

"What?? why? I have a life to live outside ".

"Well if the child is mine you'll be endangering it, and I don't want that happening, at all, besides you'll have everything you need here, that'd certain ", I said.

"But-"

"I'm done with you Ivy, Ben escort her home to say goodbye to her friends and family, she should be back here before 6pm tomorrow, good bye ", I said leaving my office and shutting the door.
