Different people greeted Arthur as I followed him, from the businessmen who sat at the high table to the boys moving around to serve drinks. They all seemed familiar with him. Their eyes filled with respect, and for a moment, it seemed as though they were on the verge of bowing to him, yet hesitation held them.
