Chapter 8: Continuing the Royal steps
It has been three days since we arrived at the Monied Kingdom. I woke up earlier than I thought. Today was the third day of my noble etiquette lesson with Miss Welching. I wanted to get ready before Miss Welching arrives at 8 am. I take a bath and a quick one. I went out the bathroom as the sun was going through the window pane. Showing signs it was 7 am in the morning.
Half an hour has passed. I am currently brushing through my wet hair when Anna arrived with eyes wide open in awe. She was startled that I was up. I told her that I wanted to be ready before Miss Welching comes.

The smell of good food reached the nostrils of Mrs. Welching. She described the smell was like a party in town as the people were happily singing as they enjoy the food and music. The day was 23rd of April. The day she will be marrying the man who have been quite busy in entertaining himself by making her furious every time he has a chance to. Since the day of the engagement party, he was always at her household but still manage to do work for he brings all his documents there. She wore a very modest bridal gown. It is white even though I suggested blue was the color I wanted. Her mother said it was more appropriate to wear white because it symbolizes wealth. Her wedding dress was a turtle neck but used a very intricate lace. Her sleeves were a little loose so the eye it looked like a cape behind her. Her bodice was filled with little yellow gems. The gems were a gift from the marques. Since she was about to become a marques I should abide by this social rules so she needed to incorporate the gems given to her. They danced in her favorite classical music, Nocturne op.9 No.2, it was a song she recommended when they talked to the person who will handle their reception. The man asked what kind of music do they want the orchestra would be playing. She specifically to play Nocturne op.9 No.2 for their dance. She said the song will put her in ease despite the eyes of many people watches her every step. It was very dear to her to dance in that song. It was the song both her father and she loved.Hand in hand, they walk down to the center of the place.
