The sound of footsteps came alternately, revealing Julie with an omega walking behind her, heading towards the living room, meeting Maxton and the others.

"I got the information from Lewis. He said that-" Maxton's words were interrupted as Julie stood behind him with a faint smile on her face. "Is everything ready?"

Julie nodded her head in response. "Would you like to have a chat first?"

Before answering his daughter's question, Maxton turned to Chris and Agatha. "Would you like to continue this conversation, Chris?"

Chris shook his head at Maxton. "No, we'll continue after we eat. Looks like Lewis is looking forward to eating as well." Chris glanced at Lewis who had been focused on Julie.

Of course, Chris' words just now made Lewis look embarrassed and clear his throat. "Well, we still have plenty of time anyway. Let's talk again when our stomachs are full." He got up from his seat and walked over to Julie.
