“This tastes awful! Do you really expect me to eat this?” I snapped, slamming the spoon back onto the table with a sharp clatter that echoed through the room.

The omega before me flinched at the sound, fear flashing in her eyes as she scrambled backward. She hurried to gather the scattered crumbs of stone-hard bread and the pitiful attempt at lasagna she dared to call my breakfast.

“My apologies, Luna,” Her voice trembling. “I will prepare something that will suit your taste."
