Chapter 53

Helena

I slowly opened my eyes and looked around me. I was inside a small hut and was sitting on a wooden chair with my hands tied behind my back and my two feet on the legs of the chair. The last thing I remembered before I fainted came back to my mind. I met Deron on the way as I was about to get near Achel's house. Then he sprinkled white powder on my face and then I immediately felt dizzy until I fainted.

My hands were hurt when I tries to struggle to remove the tie. Deron is so tightly tied to my hands that no matter what I did, I cannot escape from him. I bite my lips when the rope cuts my flesh while trying my best to untie the rope. But the rope he used is not ordinary. It was sharp and cuts my skin once I move. If I continue struggling, I may end up injuring my hands or worst losing my two hands.
