EMMY'S POV

I rushed out of the room and headed to the East border faster than the speed of light.

When I got there, I didn't see anybody as I searched around like a confused person.

“Where's the body??!!" I yelled at the guard who came to inform me about it.

“I swear it was right here!!!" He said pointing at the floor which was filled only with leaves.

It was either something sinister was going on behind the scenes or someone was trying so hard to play with my intelligence.

“Go back to the pack house and continue your duties but do not say a word about anything you saw today…am I understood???”

“Understood.." he said as he left.

I walked back to the training field because I didn't want to be in the same space as my mate.

I always knew that Bridget was power driven but what I didn't know was that it would get so bad.

I stood at the edge of the training field with my fists clenched and heart burning from the argument with Bridget.
