CHAPTER 73: SECOND CHANCE

DIONNAH'S POV

After bringing me to the hospital to ensure that I was okay, Michael insisted that I went to the police and file a report. I was hesitant at first, then I finally agreed. While at the station they sent a squad car to check out the location but when they got there Gregory was already gone. After filling out all the paperwork for the report, Michael finally took me home.

It was almost 10:30 when we got home. Danielle and Jonathan were waiting for us when we got there.

"Dionnah I'm so glad that you are okay," Dani said as she hugged me.

"I'm fine, Danielle."

"I was so worried. But Jonathan came and said you weren't physically hurt but you were shaken up. I felt relieved. Gregory is gonna pay for this."

"I guarantee he will," stated Michael.

"Thanks for looking out for me guys. I'm gonna go upstairs now, I just want to see Kehlani."

"Okay. Go and get some rest too," said Danielle.
