SEVEN YEARS LATER DIONNAH'S POVBeep! Beep! Beep!I didn't get a chance to settle in my office before my phone started to buzz..."Delaney designs, Dionnah Delaney speaking how may I help you?" I answered"Good you're in," Chirped my assistant on the other end of the line..."What is it, Amelia?""Listen boss I'm coming by your office right now, we have matters of utmost importance to discuss.""Fine," I sighed into the receiver before hanging up.I knew what was of grave importance to my pushy little assistant. She had been nagging me for a month now about going on a blind date with a friend of hers from college. I didn't do blind dates because they usually turned out to be disasters, but I finally said yes because I needed Amelia to lay off my back. I told myself that I would just find an excuse on the day of the date I thought to myself. But Amelia was not having it.Five minutes later Amelia was in my office pestering me about what I was going to wear on my little date."I'm just

MICHAEL'S POVI arrived at the restaurant 20 minutes early and got a table. Agreeing to this blind date was something out of the norm for me. When Amelia told me about her hot, educated, ambitious boss I knew I should give it a shot.Being a seal made it hard to keep a woman. I missed being with a woman, someone to call my own. We occasionally went to places where we would meet hot and horny girls eager to fuck or even just suck a seal's cock. I never fucked any of them, only got my dick blown, and then I would call it a night. I realized I needed more than just one-night stands. So I decided when I returned home I would take out Amelia's boss. Amelia didn't tell me many details, only that her name was Dionnah. She was 26, an accountant, and African American.I thought the name Dionnah sounded familiar but I didn't question Amelia about it.I didn't know if I should trust Amelia to set me up on a date. What if this chick was hideous or even a man pretending to be a woman? I love Ameli

If I had a weak heart, I would be dead. I could die of fright and no one would know why, except for the tall, built, handsome, oh so sexy man standing in front of me. While on our date, I didn't get the chance to appreciate how good-looking he truly was.He wore a Navy-blue T-shirt that hugged his strong, toned torso, his charcoal-coloured jeans pants covered his long-toned legs that could run a hundred marathons without buckling and caving in underneath him. His outfit was completed with sneakers that matched the colour of his jeans. I could see the ink that covered his right arm. It was from his wrist leading up to the length of his arm and disappearing under the sleeve of his shirt. I could make out some of the images. I saw a rose with a name scribbled on the stem, Jesus Christ with his hands clasped, and some teardrops flowing from his eyes. I never thought about tattoos being sexy, but looking at his, I got an uneasy feeling in my stomach. My eyes lingered on his arms, appre

The rest of the weekend flew by quickly. I stayed in my room mostly, so I could finish up some documents on my computer. The fashion show was only a few months away, and I needed to be on track with everything. When I woke up Monday, I felt refreshed. I got up to take a shower when I heard movements in the hallway. I placed my ear on the door and I listened. My heart jumped when I heard a small knock on the door. I bit my bottom lip in order for me not to scream, and then I waited and heard feet shuffling away. I took a deep breath before I opened the door. My eyes landed on the trinkets down below and my breath caught in my chest. There was a light-brown teddy bear wearing a red bow. It was almost as tall as me. A box of chocolates lay perfectly in a heart-shaped box next to a well-put-together bouquet of Lilacs. There was a huge white box with a red bow. I looked up and down the hallway to see if I saw anybody, but I didn't.I hurriedly moved the items inside. I flung the bear on my

DIONNAH'S POV I was just sitting there, gritting my teeth and staring daggers at the three people making fun of my blind date fiasco the other night. So, what if I ran away because the man was white? I just didn't date them and that was that. “Haha haha!” Dani threw her head back, giggling like a lunatic after she recited something funny at my expense, again. Her luscious lips, which were similar to mine, trembled as she belted out the most unladylike laugh I had ever heard her give. I was angry at her for outing me and letting everyone know I don't normally dress like this. I watched through squinted eyes as Jon wiped his soon-to-be wife's mouth. She laughed so hard that she began to drool. “And then I said, Dee, Don't knock it till you've tried it," Jonny added, sending Dani into another fit of laughter. She threw herself into Jonny's arms. Both of them held each other as they laughed their asses off. Those two, Dani and Jonny, were like two peas in a pod. A part of my insid
