Selene had a slight veisalgia and slept like a log even the sunset that shimmered through her window, resting on her face didn't wake her up. But in no distant time, she got plunged out of her slumber when her phone chimed and she remembered instantly the meeting she'd be having that morning with Lucian; they would be visiting South Side together so he could show her around the annex and where the deceased architect stopped. She can't afford to play with the chance Lucian was offering her and she felt her head swelling at the thought of him texting her and calling off the appointment and the contract entirely for lateness.
