SIXTEEN

Lorenzo got off the plane wearing sunglasses that framed his tired eyes. Last night he only slept two hours because he had to investigate the logistics warehouse in Long Beach port. Then this morning when he was about to go back to sleep, he suddenly received a call from the president who told him to immediately return to Chicago because the president wanted to know the results of the investigation conducted by Lorenzo in person. Then when he was about to close his eyes on the plane, he was constantly disturbed by the noise of a baby who since he sat down on the plane has been crying non-stop, so he couldn't sleep peacefully and just closed his eyes on the plane.

Lorenzo let out a sigh of relief when he saw a driver standing in front of the arrivals gate carrying a sign with his name on it. Luckily John Marset was very understanding of him, so he didn't have to bother looking for a taxi.

"Mr. Lorenzo?"

Lorenzo nodded at the driver as he lowered his sunglasses which had been hiding
