“I have a sister?” I managed; I was in complete shock. He had run off and started a new family, conveniently forgetting about his old one.

“How did you find me?” I asked, ignoring his request to meet.
“I had an old friend looking for you. He was still in the area and was able to find you quiet easily considering you are a journalist for the Herald. That’s amazing by the way, I’m so proud of you.”
