Amy's POV

I don't know if I was completely losing my mind at the moment, but when I looked at my father, I couldn't see anything. The only thing that came out of my head was to run away as far as I could, because it felt like I was going to die if they laid their eyes on me. However, this bastard doesn't want to get the idea of me being away from him.

He immediately held me by my waist, bringing me closer to him and making sure that I couldn't escape him. I look at him, still trying to give him a sign that he needed to let me get away for a moment in order to prepare myself for what is about to happen.

Maybe I might have a reasonable explanation for this. Even though I have expected my father to come, I still didn't think of what I was going to say to him or my brother.
