THE ANNUAL BALL

I finally realized that I wasn't the right man for Anna, but I was too selfish, I would keep her for myself.

She looked like an angel that was in the wrong place with lowly humans like us, I just couldn't get my eyes off her, she was beautiful, angelic that was how I could describe her.

" He's mesmerized," I heard Gabriel whisper and I came out of my ogling as I coughed to cover how I was looking at her. He didn't know we were in a relationship but with the way I was looking at her, I had a feeling he'd be suspicious.

" Doesn't she look beautiful?" The stylist asked as he admired his work, Anna was already beautiful, the only thing makeup did was to highlight the beauty more.

" Uhm, let's not forget the shoes," The stylist said as he brought her shoes and went on his knees to help her wear them but I stopped him.

" Gabriel, that would be all, she'll wear the shoes in the car so it'd be easier for her to walk down," I said and Gabriel nodded before kissing Anna's hand
