"Don't forget to take your medicine on time, Ms. Vasque. Your wounds aren't fully healed and need time to recover. I just removed the cast from your foot because it's been a month and I can see that it's fine again the way you walk. But! But please be careful. Your bones are already cemented in the leg," the doctor who treated me after my accident said authoritatively. "Don't worry, doc. I'll be careful," I said with a smile and a nod.

It has taken the cast off my left foot, which feels fantastic. It was as if it had been released from its cage, as it was so easy to walk on.

My cast was removed from my hand about two weeks ago, before I even cooked for Luther. My feet and hands are now completely free to move around.
